We prescreen resumes and conduct telephone interviews to select the candidates. After the prescreening, we'll move to face-to-face interview to analyze your skills and interests. During this interview, we'll also assess if you match the job. If yes, then you'll be recommended to the employer for an interview. Before this, we'll inform you who your potential employer is and what the job requires from you. If you have any questions within the employer interview and recruitment notice period, please consult with your Manpower representative.
